Instructions:

1. Download and double click to install
2. The software should launch automatically. If it does not then double click on the doctor's icon on your computer display.
3. Enter details in the environment setup window. Tick accept license conditions and click on continue.
4. The software will generate a unique code.  Send this to us to receive an activation code. Sales of highly specialized software such as this is infrequent consequently we do not check our email daily. If you have not received an activation code within 12 hours then do send us an SMS with "code pls" or telephone us.

When you receive the activation code and enter it the software will be functional. Once started it will build its internal environment. However, in extremely rare cases should it not do this automatically then do this: First, click on Decision Support and Full Activation. Then click on OK when it asks to build a Compilation Matrix. Note that this process can take quite a few minutes so please don't worry, have a cup of tea while waiting. After that is done you should find using 5GL-Doctor quick and relatively straight forward and the results are usually first class (and there is lots of help information built-in and in the documentation section if you need it, or contact us for support which is rarely required.)
