Sikh Holy Way

Chapter 1, Leone

The intention of this novel is to convey the nature and techniques of advanced telepathy.

I was a minstrel out of work
I became attached to divine service.
The Almighty One commissioned me...

Those who at the Guru's bidding feast and take their fill of the food which God gives, enjoy peace.

Attributed to Guru Nanak and preserved in Adi Granth.

In a setting of a golden temple, a woman in bright satin dress, Indian style, sat at a white desk. She was an Indian of rather light skin Her hair long, dark brown, but nicely done above her head - ribbons of hair wrapped around.

Her telepathy flow was to Darth, her "first husband" as she thought of this. Slowly over a few hours Leone explained her impression of a new Sikh Holy Way she felt God had asked her to put together (or rather, to "smarten up" and existing Sikh Faith Path). "You are my more important husband and my less important husband is the Buddhist monk you know as Terry - funny name."

Leone's idea was simple enough. Her higher husband would always represent God or a Guru, and if her higher husband wanted this, she would consent to telepathic sex. When Darth asked how her "second husband" would feel about this, Leone smiled and replied, "he would not be my husband if he objected or had any opinion, thank you."

Privately, Darth thought, "nice attitude for a woman if she can get away with that - and some strong willed women certainly could."

The Natural Telepaths, in particular their "medico" squad, had actually worked out that the optimal human marriage was one man and two women, and in rare cases even one man and three women. A woman by nature gave birth and her maternal instinct was strong for many years after birth, while her "wifely" instinct became "habitual". A happier marriage would be one man and two women, the medico's concluded. Leone had much the same opinion, but she reached it in a different way, by studying some of the works of various Gurus.

The telepathy between Leone and Darth was not strong enough to convey much information, such as a name of a Guru or a reference to one of their works. It was telepathy based on "faith" and only matters consistent with the "faith" between Darth and Leone could be transmitted or imagined using imagery.

It turned out Leone had for a long time been aware of a Sikh Life in the Spirit but "not like this, so very visual, what I am sure Sikh's have is a meditation sequences of steps."

Leone's flow was soft, lovely really. Darth had come to the conclusion over the years that the "feminine" flow was the strong sexual appeal to a man, and each woman seemed to have a touch unique flow and women belonging to a particular Life in the Spirit group also had a particular style of flow - like Lana and Sandra, a typical Islamic "submissive" flow. Except this could easily be misunderstood - an Islamic woman was happy to "submit" if the man did the same, else she offered strong defiance. In private Darth had said in the past to a few trusted buddies, "submissive? Lana? When my wives are not in the mood, Lana is the least likely one to submit." A man had to know how to respond to a woman using a particular flow else the woman become very "resistant" to the charms of a male flow. At this point Darth was not sure how to best to form a "flow" that could respond well to Leone.

"Not important", Leone reassured him, "I am the wife, so I teach you, when I like your flow, I smile in a sexy way, you will see."

Darth had to resist his wit - a "Holy Woman" smiling in a "sexy way" - what could that possibly mean?

In a setting of the room at the Golden Temple, the Buddhist monk, a rather tall and strong looking man with a shaven head a read robe, sat on a white chair while Darth on a light blue one, Leone turned to them and explained to Terry, "my wedding vow is to you alone...at the "will level" which to a woman is like real-life and more important than real-life often. You and I only allow love making there. My first husband", she pointed to Darth, "can do what he wants with me but never at the will level...at this level you would have to give permission, and I will want to consent."

Terry did not mind this. He understood Darth already had three wives, each a valid wife at a respective "will level", and none would easily if at all ever give him such permission - especially Lisa-1 whom he would probably never dare to ask for permission. The "wedding bind" now on Terry was made possible because of Sita who in ordinary life was an Indian mother of a few children. Lisa-1 explained what is required - the pain of physical birth willed onto a man, formed a wedding bind for life - perhaps for eternity. In the Catholic tradition, a celibate or a woman who never gave birth could only ask another Catholic woman who has, to do this for her - except the woman who did it had a right to become the second part of a wife of the faith. Leone felt this was unacceptable in her Holy Way, and decided a woman who does this for a Holy Woman (i.e. a celibate, a Religious in a particular culture or way of life) had her grace from God and that ought to be enough.

Sita was interested in forming a proper Faith Marriage. In return for her service of putting a bind on Terry, she wanted Terry and Leone, or Li, to assist her finding a husband willing to accept a Faith Marriage. Sita had explained to Darth, "I feel I never loved a man yet...Hindu's can be like "sold" as wives...I feel more like what I understand Islamic women feel, that their first ordinary marriage does not compare to a proper Islamic Holy Marriage among their kind. It is still a difficult decision for me, I am a virgin in the sense spoken of, and can not imagine..you know....sex with another man...but for love, in faith, in truth, yes, I am competent I can follow through."

Leone also pointed out to Terry that she believes and has no evidence to doubt, that he is a celibate like she is. "That is my personal integrity check...I only approve of this will level marriage between a Sikh and a Buddhist when both are virgins in every sense of the word. Also, the woman has to be Sikh, not the other way around."

The next issue on Leone's table was why not Darth for Sita? She was interested in a Faith Marriage the Catholic way, as she understood it, while Darth was still "single" at the true "will level" as Leone understood it. (i.e. Lisa-1 was only one woman who was wife of the faith, there was no another one yet that consummated a union, so from Leone's point of view he was "single" in a sense and eligible).

To this properly, to address this issue, it would have to be done under the Catholic Marriages Faith Path. To shift into this properly, the only known was was for a husband and wife of the faith to "make love" in the spirit - this could take a few hours. However, to Lisa-1 this was an important consideration because from her point of view another "daughter of the faith" was born - that is, Sita.
