Chapter 10 - Practical Guidelines
 


Much the same lecture imagery, rather strong. The audience about 300 people. "Medico's" mainly from various telepathy or in the spirit groups.


"Ladies and gentlemen."  Darth began to the students, "let's talk about the presumptive diagnosis I had made in this regard. The reasons for these you can find in our Alzheimer's report. The definition, perhaps rather loose but still, that you also need to have some familiarity with is my Will Syndrome semi-formal and authoritative definition. Did not have that much time to go over that one and remove some of the waffle. I tend to waffle sometimes in science when I write - yes, but, I tell, I have seen medical specialists describe some skin conditions in such convoluted way I would call that waffle."

"Firstly. I know about other variations of the Alzheimer's dementia scam but not in such detail that I feel safe using these as examples. So, while I am presenting to you all the neuro-psychiatric evidence in the actual Alzheimer's report, in this presentation I will vary the basic scam. All right, firstly, when "confusion-in-law" sets in, that is your benchmark. Suspect "insanity-of-law" and on that grounds accept a patient. What I mean by confusion-in-law you can probably work out by yourself."

"Secondly. These presentations will be placed on Internet. American lawyers might read them. Their constitution gives considerable protection of freedom of speech, personal liberty, and the like. Australia does not have something like that. So they may not believe that some aspects of law in Australia could be as I will describe in this presentation. That's their problem. This is not about believing, this is psychiatric medicine at its best - well (short laugh) in my view anyway.

"All right. First magistrate I pronounced "insane-in-law" in my Alzheimer's report, but I did not use those words in the report, was the magistrate who signed a court order that isolated a son from a mother. She had diagnosed advanced Alzheimer's. Now, with Alzheimer's, modern medicine can't correctly diagnose this precisely except upon an autopsy. So medical doctors have their guidelines. She was diagnosed such not just by a specialist about seven years before, but also by her local physician about two years before. What are my reasons for this presumptive conclusion which in our medicine remains true and valid until other neuro-psychiatry facts come to light that can change this conclusion? This magistrate signed the court order without talking to the person against whom he signed it. In some countries this is such an act of brutality against two human beings, to isolate a sibling from a natural parent under threat of imprisonment, that such a judge might have been hanged. In Australia it appears routine. To actual modify reality like that, without seeing not only the sibling in private, but also the parent and a court giatric expert, is insanity-in-law. By that medical reasoning of ours, stay away from Australian courts in this regard, because apparently this is a routine procedure, they sell these AVOs to anyone who hires a legal firm without needing any independent or impartial evidence. Which means (short laugh) you would need to pronounce every Australian magistrate who follows this routine procedure, as insane-in-law by our medical oath. That might be useful to awaken politicians to something, even the military, but it is unlikely to make you popular among the legal group or the public at large perhaps."

"Also, there could be other proper charges in that the magistrate endangered the woman's life. Endangering human life is against the intent of Australian law. The son who caused all this, was rarely there, while the woman could barely walk and was not coherent enough to use a telephone or even a device she had on her that she could push a button on if she was alone and fell and could not get up. The other son spends much time often with her for long periods - so in fact a woman so frail was suddenly left with very little in place of her more...well...overall he probably spend more time with his mother than the other son...so I would say usual carer."

"Second magistrate I had pronounced as "confused-in-law". Not in those specific words, but you can see the pattern in my report. This one, when told plainly in a court packed with people, how much he would endanger the woman's life if he continued with this charade that this was some kind of legitimate court order and not purchased for a price, replied "I don't care." Now, what is the reason for the I don't care? I don't know, could be a plain bastard, but there might be reasons I am not aware about. For this reason, this is a diagnosis which arises arouses your index of suspicion that insanity-of-law might exist in the man's Superego."

"The third magistrate I pronounced "sane-in-law" on the available evidence. This one is tricky. On the other hand, his very manner, and what he said at the end that he was not satisfied with all this, suggests a sane rational person. Except he confirmed the AVO on the basis that under Australian legal precedents, when the plaintiff is himself a lawyer, a lawyer is an officer of the law, and this magistrate was of the opinion, I will put this in my words "he is legally bounds to even accept the word of a manipulative pathological liar because of that law". I am not a praticising lawyer, I don't know how valid this is in law - or I may know but this is your homework if you are so interested - but on the surface I had nothing to suggest that man does not have a sane modified Ego. It is still not right, I am not suggesting this, and it is still corruption of course and other legal charges, but what I saying is that I could see no grounds on which we can make the diagnosis of confusion-in-law which automatically leads to insanity-in-law if within 6 months nothing comes about that alters your point of view. But, you may have, if you were with me, observed something I had not. You might have reached a confusion-in-law verdict or judgment but really in our medical terms it is a diagnosis which we prefer to call conclusion. The word "presumptive" conclusion or diagnosis - either conclusion or diagnosis means the same in our medicine - is "diplomatic" and optional."

Darth walked up and down the stairs in the middle of the room. "All right, I do not want to appear to boast, and refrain from boasting about your medical skill of this kind is my advice to you, but let me just explain this. Natural Telepaths are psychics, some super-psychics, most barely psychic but have enough psychic sense that can properly form telepathy channels and virtual worlds. Their common denominator is telepathy. Now, our military defence is based on when anyone threatens any one of us with will and intent, such as a court order, not sure if an army order would be equivalent, that activates our technology. The moment that first magistrate signed that court order, the sense of the life that caused the activation was found instantly and the inner neuro-psychiatric structures destroyed. Like I said, we live in a dimension. Any other dimension that might want to destroy us, might choose the simplest method requiring least effort and most disguise. If this the dimension of dog, or cat, or even mouse, that dimension has what we call a core-life inside itself not in the biological body. Humanoid dimension and primates have an anchor of the true life inside the natural will or if the will has been negated, in the neural nets of the brain. To destroy the dimension that declared war on us, when the dimension is not directly detected, the weapon has to destroy all biological life part of that dimension. Not the body, but the small grain of true life, for better word, this is more complicated a science that this, in order to achieve its purpose. the weapon decided all police officers in the world are capable of threatening one of us with will and intent, it does not think ahead, and for this reason the primary target were Australian officers. Please don't ask me to explain the logic of this, the weapon has an infinite capacity to sense somethings and how to destroy it. All we had was about two months before the weapon was fully deployed. During this time all we could do was obtain feedback and set some parameters or guidelines. One parameter was to target only those Australian police offices with over 5 years of service. Our military admits today that they are not so sure they had explained this parameter that well. Maybe all police officers with only over 2 years of experience were hit, or all of them. Not certain. Whatever. The actual time factor is critical because from this the sense structures that are formed are determining. In other words, it is not the time so much how long a person had been in the police force, it is more the experiences they had. So, for example, a person who joined the police work but has been assigned to a desk and has never done general police duties on the streets, may not have been hit even if had been a police officer for twenty years. It is that core-life, which sensing an alien core-life, decided to threaten a psychic. That is how we see this. The only way to find it and destroy by sending into a dimension the opposite of how we know dimensions of life begin, is to destroy all the bodies forming the dimension. Not physically, even though according to our scientists the mind weapon can still do, but I don't know, hard to believe that even for a psychic but our scientists are certain it could if it had to, but to destroy by sending outside the realm of life as we know it. Nothing personal, but that is hard to understand by lay people, and we even put life pods in place in the form of special Life in the Spirit groups for various groups from Baptists to Anglicans to Muslims to Hindus, any we knew of. If a person hit by our weapon lifts awareness and touched such a group, not an issue, the group can put in place a bind that stop the artificial core life that formed in place, to be preserved in the spirit, or the in the Life in the Spirit mid-heaven as this is more commonly known among Life in the Spirit."

Darth walked to the front. "Ladies and Gentlemen. Was our decision sane-in-law? What from your point of view are we doing? We have provided a medical treatise about a new psychiatry, with evidence that surely a twelve year old - well, a very bright one - would not disagree with. They may not want to accept it, believe it, or be that interested, but they can understand. So in layman's terms what our military weapon had done was to enable this treatise to be put in place, a treatise which will help governments over time to get rid of insanity-in-law. No government, no army, can fight something they are not aware of. Just like medicine can not fight a virus that is new and nothing is known about it. In our type of psychiatry, you have to think in terms of the reality, or the physical world, you are most familiar with. Only super-psychics could detects the presence of our new dimension beyond the grave, none other. So if a super psychic comes to you and is concerned, sure, all right, some grounds but...there are other reasons which are far more likely why a super psychic would come to you that this little puzzle, but if anyone else, ask them what in practical terms do they understand by all this. No use speculating about an invisible weapon, an invisible dimension, and a science so complex in its depth and scope that even nuclear scientists would be terrified to truly apply their mathematics to our equations."

The imagery changed to the Pirates of the Caribbean images. Copies, memories in some people combined and blended, of that series of movies. Darth imagined himself as Jack Sparrow telling his friend. "There are somethings you either know, or you do not. There are somethings you can, or can not do. There are somethings you are prepared to do, or are not. Know yourself. Confusion is for idiots."

Darth paused to allow the imagery to return. He addressed the medical students:

"My advisors tell me I better explain some common sense in psychiatric medicine because you are still, many of you are, just students studying a speciality. All right. Medical common sense. A group of politicians come to you for advice, as a consulatnt say, arguing that, common says tells so they claims, that it does not matter to have all magistrates pronounced as insane-in-law, this will balance itself out. Think about this. Have you ever seen any mental hospital in which the combined insanity created a normality?"

"Another bit of advice. While with experience and this knowledge, you might be able to treat a Catholic priest, for example, to help them understand religion their way, but if you are a Jew, why risk not just a negligence law suit but perhaps bad publicity for all Jews? Send them to a Catholic psychiatrist. And vice a versa. Each to their particular speciality in this sense."

"Always, when in doubt, focus on general medicine as it is practised first, researched next. If 99% of medical doctors would never do something which in some way is similar in a relative fashion to what you have in mind - then what right have you, under our medical oath of do not harm, to attempt to do so? Big Ego? A family physician should ask about family history when the patient first comes to see him. So ought you. That history might guide the physician in what precautionary measures to take such as a simple blood test. A dentist with a new patient will usually take x-rays even when the teeth on the surface look fine. This is your reference, no different to how Jesus is reference to the Christians, or Allah to Muslims, except the other way around in that we think in high level conceptual terms but to make sure we don't make ourselves insane, we focus and compare to medical practise or reseach as it is today."

"Don't experiment with patients, you have mice for that. If you invent a new medical drug, perhaps your passion in private is chemistry, and want to test it on patients, would you go to your local doctors and explain what you want and ask them to suggest some patients. He or she might ask about this drug and possible dangers. You might reply, "sure, the risk is high, sure, out of ten perhaps three would die, but think of the vision!" Come now, what would a group of doctors whom you ask do in this situation? Would they suggest a patient to you?"
