"Ladies and Gentlemen, Greetings from down under." Darth paces about glancing at the two Anglican Ministers and Amy who is technically his wife in the Anglican Life in the Spirit. Amy in a dark top and a longish green dress. She has brownish light hair and has this incredible knack of tossing her hair softly as she turns but it is such an almost sexual toss when she does it, Amy is sitting on one of the chairs keeping an eye on the Anglican Ministers. There are other members of this particular Anglican Life in the Spirit group sitting in various places.

"Now, Anglican Life in the spirit is very close to the way Jews do this in the spirit. It is based on laws. Steps into reflection have to be passed using legal type reasoning. However, in a British style court certain words such as proper and correct have a particular meaning with the monarchy the ultimate reference point. Jews in the spirit don't relate in that way and the nature of the word "proper" and "correct" takes on a very different meaning. However, it is a complicated step from an Anglican Life in the Sprit into Jewish Life in the Spirit, and for this reason I am going to use an in between step which is, well, Let me explain to you as a psychic medico what we, psychics of our kind, consider rational-in-law, and insane-in-law."

Darth paces about, catches Lisa's eyes who in turn smiles in a soft lady like way, then turns to the two Anglican Ministers in particular. "You are both Australians, that we sense. In that case, let me bring to your mind an incident during the APEC conference in Sydney which was about...eh...two years now?...whatever...there was an incident during which a group of comedians dressed up as Osama Bin Laden and put on a diplomatic card on a hired black limousine and were allowed to enter the barricades. The incident caused much amusement in most of Australia and probably much of the world. The New South Wales police were furious, bringing all sorts of charges against the comedians, wanting them in prison for..for...what was it? twenty years? for breaking security."

Darth paused and walked about. "Now, the first thing when determining 'proper law' in the psychic sense is this. What harm had been done? In this case none at all. Case dismissed. That is normal. The animal-human instinct which is in every general duties police officer, is about domination and control. It wants to put these people behind bars for twenty years or more. The police officer is normal by animal-human standards, that is a natural reaction of the animal-human in that situation. The instinct is about control and domination and killing to achieve that aim is lawful to it, or putting someone in handcuffs or cells not fit for pigs which you find at the back of police stations such as Parramatta police, is normal to an animal-human."

"Now, I speak as a psychic medico, without bias or prejudice. Charles Darwin, the father of the evolution theory, endured all sorts of abuse mostly from the churches when he proposed his theory of natural evolution. Our psychic medical science would probably cause an outrage too if we were to begin teaching it to non-medical people, and that we are not doing and this set of interactions is meant for medical people mainly but of course this can double to assist you."

"Dad." Lisa stood and used her lovely soft flow, "please show our guests", she pointed elegantly to the two Ministers on her right, "the will of that Mafia Saint."

Lisa sat down. Darth was planning to explain how police are desensitized from being "human" but since Lisa insisted he began to lift awareness. As he did, after a while, as the focus of the brain increased and finer and finer energy of a kind was being sensed, an image formed like this: what looked like the inside of a room. Near a window a chair. An image of a woman made of densely packed mostly blue dots. The dots formed like a flowing long gown about her. The image was perfectly still. A sense of eternal peace was in the image.

The awareness reduced until the strong virtual image of inside a court room formed well. Darth turned to the Ministers. "Before I go into that, the next point about proper law that I was going to make is this: do the right thing by one another. So, in the situation of the APEC, the right thing to do in that case would be for the comedians to offer the police an apology. Case dismissed."

"Dad, the will please." Lisa stood and lowed to Darth.

"Ah," Darth turned to her. Lisa looked especially elegant and "cute" in this setting, so cute he was rather fascinated for a moment of time, "eh...where was I?...oh yes...all right..the will image you had seen, was from a woman long dead. Perhaps died sometime in the late 1770's. The energy of life within her is the image you saw. That energy is at rest and peace, continually flowing out of the will. The woman is conscious, yes, but not in the same way the brain is conscious. If the woman desired a transition of life, that energy could spark into a more focused consciousness. As it is, she is like...well...a peaceful drowsy state, bathed in a mellow light of serenity. The energy flows out from her, through the will, back into the sea of energy of life around the planet. It is peaceful energy. The woman was a Mafia's Don daughter then wife to another and that means she probably had a pampered life and probably had little knowledge of what exactly her father and brothers and later husband did anyway. She was not stupid, that can be sensed, she knew but did not want to truly know, that sort of detachment I can sense. She had trouble free life, that can be sensed. Now, the Mafia has a variation of Catholic Life in the Spirit. A mystery they stumbled upon in the early 18th century. If a person becomes something they call a Mafia Saint, the Mafia Life in the Spirit can in fact ensure there is peace in death for a person. In this case, the will you saw, is not a true natural will. A true natural will resting would terrify you if I showed it to you because you would sense death, you would sense beyond the grave a million times more strongly than you can imagine, and that would be terror to your brain and torment to your soul. Also, my brain is adapted to sense such energies and form a visual - yours is not at the moment, and instead of seeing what I would, you might see the image of the Devil...that is the other reason I would not show you such a natural will in its resting state."

"Explain a Mafia Saint, father." Lisa stood and asked more formally. She rarely called her telepathic father "father", usually it was "dad". Usually when she was not happy with him would she call him "father" - but this was not the case this time.

"Well," Darth began and walked past Lisa flowing softly, in a whisper - more like a whisper blowing in the wind - "who is giving this presentation you or me?"

"Eh," Lisa smiled and shook her head in a pretty way.

Darth walked back to pace before the two Anglican Ministers. "Well...I am not completely sure...there are a number of conditions which creates a Mafia Saint. The Mafia is an ancestral family among our kind but we don't have that much in common and do not know that much about the Mafia rituals. They are not the talkative kind either. An assassin, in some situations, is made one, before he or she has to kill someone. It is a ritual, like a Catholic Sacrament. Another type of Saint is one that seduces a Catholic Priest. That can only be a virgin. This woman in the will...no, I can't actually sense the reason why she was made one. My guess is this. A situation arose in which her husband, the Don, would have to make a decision about giving permission to kill someone. Mafia had, and still has, strict laws about all sorts of things. For some reason the husband could not. Perhaps he was temporarily detained by the equivalent of police, perhaps he was recovering from some accident or was simply away. Whatever. The situation would have to have been urgent in which she, as his wife, could take the responsibility in accordance with the Mafia code. Except, a wife had a right by the code to never be told directly about the Mafia family unless she wanted to know or had to know. Of course, a woman would have to be very naive not to know...deep down...but at the same time in accordance with their code, no one would tell her or admit to anything unless she desired to know. So, in the extremely rare situation in which she had to give the authority for some ghastly deed, she would need to be explained properly. Under these circumstances, the Mafia has their own priest who would put a woman into this "saint state of mind". That is my guess. She might not have given permission either, that also could be a reason why her natural life energy you felt in that will is so at peace with itself. Mafia heads were supreme kings of their clan and there were strict laws. Her husband, on his return, would not even have been told that she did not give permission or the incident which required permission. To tell, would be to dishonour the Don's wife and that was a death sentence for a Mafiosi. Of course, she might have said no as a protest, not that she had deliberated, and she did not have to have a reason, and she did not have to explain to anyone - it was a yes or no type of situation."

"All right." Lisa nodded and clapped her hands when Darth glanced at her. "I am content with that explanation."

Darth walked back to the two Ministers and behind them the Anglican Life in the Spirit group. "Now, lads, scholars, where was I? Oh yes. Law in every country has become a religion. It is the beast of the Revelation of Saint John. Magistrates and judges are the objects of worship by police officers conditioned to do this. They are often seen as "divine" by the police - and the reason any police officer in any country is capable of killing anyone who objects to a court order. The police have become zealots and fanatics of the religion of law. This is true of any police, not just the Anglo-Saxon cops. They are as a group the dragon in the Revelation of Saint John. The only thing Saint John forgot to mention was that the so called angels fighting the beast and the dragon would be the psychic community - and that is like Goliath versus ants, that is what is add up to. Do we look frightened? Check out of medical web pages? Do we look frightened? If you consider the information on our medical web site, perhaps you can sense or discern why natural Telepaths have no fear of mindless thugs with guns or their divine religion of law. In truth, in a more civilized realm of life, in an advanced alien world, if the Telepaths declared war, the alien police force would put a bullet through their head as quickly as they could. To fight us, to resist us, is to step beyond the grave even while one is conscious and alive in the body. In that sense, we are the true gods of the planet as mentioned a few times in the Old Testament."

Darth paused, mused to himself, and walked to his sixteen year old daughter and walked about her flowing softly, "did that sound like a boast? an exaggeration?...and I am a jealous God...from my hand none escapes....my word binds...my words bind you, my lovely one, as truly the most beautiful thing in heaven and Earth."

Lisa began to giggle and covered her mouth with her hand. Darth walked back to the Anglicans. "Sorry, private humour between myself and my daughter. Now, where was I?"

Lisa could be heard still softly giggling. Darth smiled, glanced at her, then walked to Amy and leant and whispered, "if I used that divine holy flow with you, a seduction technique, I might have a place to rest my head tonight. Wasted on my daughter in that sense."

"Shut up." Amy mused and said softly but with that ever so elegant toss of the hair which gave Darth a touch of a shiver of delight.

"All right," Darth walked back to the Ministers and paced before them, "now, if I am recruiting a police officer, a nice young man or woman, and I am a psychologist and expert in this, and I have no scruples or ethics or morals of any kind, I would select only those who are natural thugs. Not necessarily by being violent, it is more an attitude, a state of mind. Much more easily evident in a female than a male. My second criteria would be the lowest possible intelligence but not that low that such a person could not be conditioned. All right, once I select my lot, and they go through training, I next put them at the back of a police station. For months at least they will process people charged with so called crimes. In Australia you can be charged with a criminal offense if you have your taxi dirty. It is a joke. By crime in this sense I mean anything. Okay, they process these people by taking all their belonging, fingerprinting them, and locking them in cages that animal bodies would not allow dogs to be put in. Parramatta police cells are one example. In other words, I want these young people to embrace their natural animal instinct. I want them to see humanity as nothing but objects and criminals and always be suspicious of anyone who does not seem to respect law or courts. After a few months, depends what plans I might have, there are other lines of work that achieve similar desensitization. In short, I am forging from a decent young person, an absolute fanatic, a disciple and apostle of the religion of law."

Darth paused, walked about, then explained. "Actually, if this was still Stalin's Russia, I would then send out my new officers to a horrific crime, one after the other, until I could see their natural will was no more. In some countries, possibly, they still do this. Truly, we have an endless amount of information from our own scholars about how the apostles of the biblical dragon, the police forces, are recruited and trained to kill in the name of that religion of law."

"Have you no fear, dear?" Amy smiled and leant.

"Oh," Darth came and sat down next to her, looking at her, "what do you mean? Did you hear about the time I told a magistrate that he is nothing but a piece of shit to me and I not interested in his threats? If he wanted to be respected then perhaps he could earn it by actually understanding the intent of Australian Law?"

"No?", Amy looked puzzled, "tell me about that."

"Never mind," Darth stood up and walked to the two Ministers and leant and whispered, "I should have kept my mouth shut."

Darth imagined the human brain. A modeal of a brain he used sometimes in his presentations. He pulled apart the side of the head and exposed the brain. It has different coloured areas. "Gentlemen. This lovely apparatus is mainly for the body. These areas towards the middle are the motor sensory areas and rather large. They coordinate all aspects of your movements except you very fine movements such as with fingers in that case this low bottom small brain at the base controls much of that. The areas of the back, these areas by the way (Darth imagines a perncil and points to parts) are called parietal and occipital lobes. This huge back area is the visual cortex. Vision, and associations using visions, is the most evolved area of the brain in the humanoid. In dogs it is the olfactory or smell areas that are. Now, toward the front is the seat of human intelligence. The reason, loosely speaking, but that is many different functions. Right at the front are the prefrontal areas which are silent areas. No electrical activity or stimulation can be detected in these areas. What they do, however, we can work out from injuries to the areas. A person might have falle, a nail stuck in his head - medical hospitals get all sorts of cases, believe me - or a tumour in an area. So we know much about how most of the brain works at the superficial level. Medical science does not need to know more than it needs to know. Psychic medical science on the other hand maps these areas of the brain not so much anatomically, but in the way energy fields are generated and how they combine and act and what they are about."

Darth superimposed another brain image. This half a brain, the lower portion, with a dark blue circle on top of it. "This, gentlemen, represents the human belief system. The most critical and fundamental system in the humanoid. To believe in God, or to have a deep conviction, requires this belief system to accept God in your life. However, often, the reason this belief system accepts God may not be what it seems. A child who has a puppy who dies, and her mothers soothes the child saying the puppy will go to a dog heaven, might need that reassurance in order to cope with stress and other situations. In such a case the reason the belief system accept God into itself, has nothing to do with God, but because it needs to use that belief to cope with stress and other situations. For this reason, your belief system is always suspicious about anything that might smack of God's work among Man. Your belief system is concerned if that is not true, you might loose that part of the belief system which is like a vault in which many repressed things are kept. As Jesus mentioned about the coming of the Son of Man, "will there be faith on Earth?" He himself knew very well how fragile this belief system can be. This is the reason why the fact that I am the Holy Spirit, is something our super psychics sense instantly in me - but that is psychic sense. You, on the other hand, any religious, would be terrified and confused if that was true you see. Your belief system knows this. For this reason the Life in the Spirit group you are now developing, is no longer based on belief, it is more based on Truth - but Jews in the Spirit are the experts on this, not Christians. To understand Jews in the spirit, you need to appreciate their understanding and respect of law. It is truly holy in that deep sense - but also damm difficult to actually understand. Our psychic way of looking at law is an adequate step into Jewish Life in the Spirit - in particular their Holy Ways, and the reason this particular report is being prepared, just for you lot."

Darth walked back to sit on a chair next to Amy. "Have I earnt my.....sweets?"

"Honestly, for a man with three wives in the spirit, or more," Amy smiled and leant against him then whispered, "yes, you have."
