1.0 The Situation in Focus


 1. 0 In December 2004, a super weapon of the "mind technology" class was deployed. Its energy equivalent perhaps 1000 times that of a nuclear bomb except the energy is different in scope and nature. The target Australian police. Makes little difference if a person is retired or has long ago left the police after 2 years of service. The weapon destroyed something known as a "core life" (refer Science of Life for complete technical details). What this means, in theory, is that the second consciousness, the life inside the biological body, will no longer die with the death of the body. Any deterioration of the brain, or injury to the brain or body, is not going to affect this process either. The moment the core life is destroyed, the brain (the first consciousness) panics and begins to "give birth" to a new core life. Can not be done as far as it is known, and instead the brain keep forcing the life within to regenerate itself outside the physical body.

1.1 It is highly unlikely that any police officer who had less than 2 years of service in 2004 was hit. The technology has to lock into something in the brain known as a "police will". This is an artificial construct created by the brain while a police officer is working as a police officer. Compare to an immigrant learning another language. The brain can not use the usual functions designed for this, namely sound recognition areas, these are reserved for the natural or native language. So the brain develops new association areas that map a new language onto the native language. In time, this new association area, depending how often it is used and how it is engineered by the brain, can become more powerful than the natural language. However, as is known from medical science, say a person who has emigrated to Australia from Greece at age 5, and is now 70 but has spoken English since about 7. If that person has a stroke that affects the brain, the person may no longer be able to speak English anymore and reverts to their natural language.

1.2 Is there a salvation? Yes, there is - in theory. The use of the weapon was nothing "personal", it was a purely psychic military decision. Any police officer has a chance to bypass this risk of the death of the body not allowing the inner life. If you happen to be a religious person, whatever denomination be it Catholic, Anglican, Islamic, Jewish, even Hindu or Buddhist, your brain has a chance to find what is known as "Life in the Spirit". A state of mind that is in modern context telepathy however it is not a troublesome type of telepathy, it does not confuse - in any case the brain of a person not naturally suited to this may take longer to adapt to this style of telepathy than normal biology lasts (i.e. you may die of natural old age or other conditions well before your brain has completely adapted and when it does completely adapt then it opens up the conscious to telepathy).

1.3 In a strict theological sense (theology of Life in the Spirit, not the same as theology in ordinary life), Life in the Spirit is only for those that are "called". However, our interpretation of this is that you are "called" if an event takes place that conditions your brain and psyche and soul to be able to participate and adapt to Life in the Spirit. Consequently, we believe any police officer hit by psychic mind weapons is in fact "called" to be party to Life in the Spirit. To find it, it is a question of going carefully over whatever your reference source is (say the New Testament) and then pondering on which aspects of what you do are inconsistent with the messages of (in this example the New Testament). For example. The Christian message is to hand over your other coat to the person who steals from you, and not to bear a grudge against the thief. This is the ideal. It works for the "Saints" but for most of us it is a bewildering message - because many people work hard to obtain a measure of wealth and are very angry when someone tries to steal some of their wealth and quite rightly demand police protection from thieves. To begin stepping into Life in the Spirit, all that is required, in this example, is to appreciate, not to fool yourself, that aspects of what you do as a police officer are consistent with the New Testament. They are not. Explained simply, what you need to clearly appreciate is that the "ideal" message of the Bible may be impossible to practise in ordinary life because of the way society is or has structured itself. If this forms correctly in you, an anchor or deep thought process forms in your brain, other aspects of the New Testament will come to your conscious memory - a "flow". It is these "phrases" and "sentences" that come in such a flow that are your "key" to the kingdom of heaven (i.e. Life in the Spirit). A part of your brain binds these special and usually lovely phrases in a manner that can, in time, form a dense magnetic life enclosure in the brain, and this in turn can squash the mental energy within in so doing giving birth to "dimensional energy" (or the spirit in simple terms). It is that energy which makes Life in the Spirit possible.

1.4 The "flow" that comes to you is not telepathy, it is your own brain using memories of passages in the New Testament. Once your pondering achieves a strong "anchor" in the brain, this acts like a magnet and begin to pull into its new association areas those memories of the words of the New Testament (we are using the example of the New Testament but this is valid for the Koran or any Buddhist works of high distinction, the principle is identical) that are consistent, that enhance, the new anchor. Compare this anchor in the brain (just a few neural cells, perhaps as little as fifty cells) to the naked baby and the lovely flows that come to it can be compared to a garment that is put on the infant.

1.5 Regrettably, the majority of our kind of psychics are essentially believers in God as a dimension and Jesus as a special man in this context, which means we don't have that much insight which particular Islamic or Buddhist techniques can be used to find their equivalent of Life in the Spirit. This really does not matter - the fundamental principle as explained above is what makes this possible. In any case, this article is mainly for Australian police or their counsellors and most of whom would be Christians by birth (many Anglicans and we do have the Anglican Life in the Spirit quite well documented on our web pages).

1.6 You need to think practically. A typical soldier has, as psychologists in the USA have studied soldiers have found, something called IQ (intelligent quotient) of around 75. The average is 100 among the population, with those who go into tertiary studies usually have an IQ of above 125, while those who go into medicine usually have exceptionally good memories and an IQ of somewhere around 150. An IQ above 160 (but this figure varies, some suggest lower values) is considered genius class (eg. Einstein, Freud). An IQ of 75 is not very high, and it means your brain is not naturally suited to complex deliberations and considerations. A general duties police officer may have an IQ of between 75 and 90. This is below average but does not matter in the context of telepathy or Life in the Spirit, but it does limit the teaching or "pondering" techniques which you can use. Comparison. Would not matter how low or high the IQ of a motor mechanic - appreciation of the mystery of God and Life in the Spirit could be taught by comparisons to how the engine of a car fits together and what it is about. Not the usual method for teaching about God but it could be done. The point being, you may need to find your own best way to ponder about an issue. Common sense is a good way. For example. Is is right or wrong to pull over a young man speeding in his car? Chances are by pulling him over and giving him a fine, you might be saving that person's life. In other words, use "common sense" when you can to reason instead of thinking to yourself "I do this because this is the law." The latter thinking can cover up a "fixation" or a delusional disorder, both of which are serious psychiatric conditions.

1.7 Do not fool yourself about how the local court system in Australia works. It is a den of thieves. Find out basic facts about local courts and you can satisfy yourself about this using your common sense. One reason the local courts are so corrupt is because Australia does not have a proper constitution, merely a British "colonial" constitution which is very much about authority and control and power and so forth, it is not about natural human rights. True, Australia also has a complex set of laws to do with human rights, and it is a signatory to many international treaties, but these "frames of reference" have no meaning in local courts. That is because of the way something called "jurisdiction" works. You would be familiar with court orders called AVO's. But do you understand these can be purchased through legal firms? So, in your line of work, your experience may have been with AVOs the police applied for and as far as your common sense can work this out, the reasons were valid and genuine. Sure, but these are not the AVOs that are a serious problem or issue, it is the "private AVOs" sold by courts that are corruption in the extreme. These are used to steal property, to intimidate spouses in divorce cases, to win better custody of children, and for all manner of things. As long as a person has the money, they can pay a huge among to a legal firm to obtain this for them. The legal firm will tell the person what "lies" to say to a magistrate or at a court hearing. These are not the sort of "lies" that can be proven directly to be lies. Here are some examples of such lies from a person who purchased himself an AVO:

plaintiff (in witness box): He has been sending me threatening letters.
solicitor (for the defendant): Please show the court one of these letters or emails.
plaintiff: I did not keep any.

Note the obvious contradiction in common sense? Note that it is impossible to prove outright if this is a lie or truth. No family members of neighbours are called as witnesses to these hearings because such would negate the claim of the plaintiff, saying they have never been aware of any problem - not what the plaintiff's legal team wants in case this persuaded the magistrate to negate the AVO that was purchased.

Another example:

plaintiff (in witness box): Before I called the police because of fear for my life, I was chased around the kitchen with an iron (by the defendant).
solicitor (for the defendant): You did not mention this to the police when they came.
plaintiff: It slipped my mind.

Note the obvious "camouflage"? To purchase court orders called AVOs you need lots of money and a legal firm that will put the thoughts you need to say to a magistrate or during a hearing. The intention is to invent so many "possible" scenarios that the poor magistrate has "too much input" and as a precaution decides to grant an AVO.

Another tact is to claim you will call ever so many witnesses to come to the hearing. This suggests you have some grounds for the claim.. When the hearing comes, you in fact have no witnesses.

There is no end to the games played by legal firms in order to purchase AVOs which isolate family members from say an elderly relative, or a father from seeing his children over which the mother has custody. It is a game, it is complete deceit, and the reason this is corruption and it is practised on a daily basis in local courts in Australia.

1.8 With corruption as widespread as this, and so blatant, the psychics had little choice but to hit all those that make Australian law enforcement possible. However, as explained, this is nothing personal and the reason these information pages are provided to give every police officer hit by our mind weapon a chance to "recover" and find a way against the risk of not dying with the death of the body.


2.0 Recommended Techniques for finding a Life in the Spirit for police officers hit by psychic mind weapons

2.1 As mentioned above, the only technique the Telepaths feel confident about explaining has to do with the knowledge of the Old and New Testaments. Such could be worked out, most likely, from the Koran or other "holy works", but in this situation the only technique presented has to do with essentially spiritual techniques based on the mystery of God as presented in the Old and New Testaments (and the psychics own Third Testament but this is not often used in this information).

2.2 Understand that, as is explained in the Old Testament, Moses never saw the "promised land". That refers to Life in the Spirit. Moses never could see this because he was a lawyer. Law is a barrier that separates the believers from those of the faith. Hence those into law, including police and soldiers, can never find a Life in the Spirit using the traditional techniques reserved for those of the faith. There is another method that can be used. The idea of the Law of Moses was for people to ponder upon them, not so much to observe them as each was imperfect. That pondering created the conditions in the brain to give birth to the spirit, and the spirit could then glide and find a Life in the Spirit.

2.3 However, those who are soldiers or police, or judges or similar, have not been forgotten, neither in the Old or New Testament. A different "faith path" was designed for such people. It is not exactly Life in the Spirit but close enough. You may recall a soldier coming to Jesus asking what must he do to have eternal life (or to find Life in the Spirit in modern terms). Jesus explained to him. This is also true for the very wealthy. While Jesus said that it might be easier for a camel to glide through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to find the kingdom of heaven, nevertheless he allowed a very wealthy man who had climbed a tree to see him passing, to be invited to his table. These are "mysteries" or "ponderings" which have to be resolved.

2.4 Note that what is explained above is true for say homosexuals. While Saint Paul said plainly to homosexuals that they will never enter the kingdom of heaven, this was not a "law" in that sense, merely a "reflection and contemplation" point. Much of the New Testament and the letters of the apostles are about providing instructions but more so about putting together reflection and contemplation points. Christianity, the new Jewish Way (as the Jews of the time saw Christianity when it became established) was very much for families, for men and women willing to be virgins until they married and begun a family. This was common practise among the true Jews of the time of Jesus and the reason Christianity also favoured such couples and families. It does not mean someone who has had more than one sexual partner can not enter the kingdom of heaven, it means different techniques are required for the purpose of reflection and contemplation.

2.5 The Old Testament is "encoded" in the sense it attempts to explain situations and wisdom found in the "promised land" by using comparisons to ordinary life situations. The New Testament is a reverse technique, it attempts to teach the wisdom required to find a Life in the Spirit. The Third Testament is for psychics and those party to what are called "Faith Paths" (an advanced Life in the Spirit). It is different and explains much about the science of life relative to Man and about transitions of life. The last most important to psychics of the Telepaths class because their psychic sixth-sense clearly tells each that the end of life in the body does not guarantee the end of life that is nurtured within the body.

2.6 As a police officer, you may be called to do things which are disgusting. For example, you may be called to evict a family who no longer can afford to pay the rent. A horrible thing to do especially when young children are involved. Just because you are obliged to do something, does not mean the core life in you has to be happy about it or approve. That is the important point to be clear on. When possible, avoid doing ghastly things that you do not need to do. For example, why put handcuffs in a person you arrested when they are not trying to run away? Whenever possible treat every person no matter how much of a "criminal" with human dignity. This is important for you, for your psyche and soul, not for the sake of the criminal. Many of Laws of Moses were designed along such lines too, not so much to assist "criminals" but those who had to deal with "criminals" - this is so for the commandments of Jesus, it is the "soul" and "spirit" of the believer that Jesus was after tending to. This in fact is perhaps the essence of Christianity - your soul, your psyche, your spirit, is what it is about, not those who are not believers or lovers of the Word.

2.7 As a police officer hit by psychic mind technology, whether you have any understanding of this or not, you need to seriously feel through whether to ignore the advice given on this web page is worth the risk. The most sensible way to get around loosing the "core life", is to force your own brain to focus the inner life not into the "core life" which no longer rests in you, but into your soul and spirit. Both of these are energy fields equal (perhaps more than equal) to the core life in being able to preserve the inner life within the energy field.

2.8 Somewhere in the Science of Life there is an explanation that all species of life (say the brain the size of the domestic cat but this probably is so for lesser creatures) live within a "dimension", an energy field, a consciousness that is responsible for evolution of the species. Also true of humanoids, except we now have a large number of people, namely the Australian police, that had been forcefully removed from a link into that humanoid dimension. The complexity of what this means would require a few hundred text books to convey, so we don't want to do that, but this is also another reason why any police officer intelligent enough to understand that what the psychics claim about a weapon being deployed in December 2004 is likely true, not to take a risk and listen to this advice - find a Life in the Spirit, do this with all your might, if need be go to church twice a week and listen ten times as hard to the message. Much of what is spoken about in church is as relevant today as it was at the time of Jesus - sadly, somethings spoken about sometimes by some priests, such as reference to the Devil and purgatory and hell, have little meaning to the modern generations and it is no longer clear what such things means to the older generations.

2.9 Recall, and memorise, these words of the New Testament (the New Testament in the spirit, not always the same as the New Testament you may be familiar with) as these can be the reflective and contemplative steps that may make it possible for you to find a Life in the Spirit:

- seek and you shall find
- let your faith be sufficient for you
- the Father is greater than I (this refers to Jewish Holy Ways, they were the true "father" of Jesus and not God in the sense Christians understand "God" in the modern world)
- forgive and you will be forgiven
- judge no one
- do what you need to do honestly
- let Wisdom be your guide
- let Truth shine from your mouth
- seek two witnesses before you accuse anyone of wrong doing
- if you wish to be perfect, give away all that you have and follow me (note: does not really refer to wealth but to loyalties, oaths, allegiances, authority models, and so forth)
