"Ladies and Gentlemen. In the words of Martin Luther King, I have a dream. My dream is that before my human life expires, a way shall be set in place that will endure no child will die of hunger or lack of medical care. To achieve this objective, it is proposed to the United Nations that laws are defined that describe and detail subhuman acts by any legal-police infrastructure, and to make such illegal. These laws would be international and interpreted in accordance with what the telepaths define as the Science of Law. A short treatise is already available. A key ingredient in this campaign is a clinical report usually called by a short name of "The Alzheimer's Scam". It is a legal scam identified in Australia, it requires subhuman acts on parts of the police and judiciary of that country, these acts are documented in that report. The hope is that men of men of good will and sense, intelligent people, will take this the next step to the World Health Organization, which in turn should have the professional and moral and ethical responsibility to alert every medical doctor in the world about the nature of this insidious scam, and in time this will could to a legal suit against the Australian Government in the international court, perhaps funded by the World Health Organization or perhaps a large bank that might want to win massive acceptance among its customers - that would be excellent for commerce and possibly a large bank could be persuaded to fund such a legal case. If this is done in accordance with instructions, that will compel an international court to begin to define subhuman acts and outlaw these."

"Once subhuman acts are made illegal by international law, the psychic community which I represent, but personally I am a shallow psychic not one that could make a living out of such a skill, that community will guarantee to the international court the enforcement of any ruling that has to do with subhuman laws. The Telepaths can guarantee the international court the enforcement of such laws by executing, for example, 5000 police officers from any country or realm of life or regime that violates international law in regards to subhuman acts. To use this weapon in this way, we would need legal authority from the international court. The court would have to make a judgment as to how many police officers, or soldiers as the case may be, is the adequate number to cull, selected on a random basis, when a regime violates international court decisions in regards to subhuman conduct by a police-legal regime."

"Let me point out to you some basic truth about courts and police. In Australia, if you study diligently the Alzheimer's Scam report, the magistrates mentioned have violated a great many number of Australian Laws but in the Anglo-Saxon society there is no real way to bring to justice magistrates and judges. Rarely does this happen and when it does the system ensure no jury is present. In fact, I have personally put together a case perfect-in-law in regards to one Australian magistrate and have sent this to the NSW Judicial Commission. From their responses, I am satisfied that body is there to cover up and protect corruption and incompetence among the judiciary."

As more and more people find the intelligence and courage to expose and publish the nature of Anglo-Saxon scams conducted by their legal-police infrastructure, some of these perhaps in place since 1945, the Anglo-Saxon Australian might not survive the revenge of the true Australians. Indeed, a few years ago the "Cronulla Riots" as these became known, I have heard it said these came close to ending the reign of the Anglo-Saxon in the country."

"I do not see any reason why an international court could not make laws in regards to subhuman acts as retrospective. Just consider Australia. In the 1970's those fine and decent young men and women who refused to be conscripted into the Anglo-Saxon armed forces and be sent to Vietnam to participate in the mass slaughter of 6 million Vietnamese children, such men were abused by police and put in prisons. Some of these police officers are still alive, retired but alive. How the psychic community would love the legal authority to kill these mongrels where they sit. Or, going further back, you may have heard of the "lost generation" when the police of the country would drag away by force Aboriginal children from their parents. Or, you may have heard of what can only be described as concentration camps for Aborigines in Western Australian around the 1940's. Or, you may have heard of a case not long ago in which in that state the Supreme Court decided that two elderly people were to have their house taken from them because, not that they knew, apparently their son sold some drugs and assisted with a few payments on the house and under some disgusting and perverse law of which there are far too many in Anglo-Saxon Australia, they loose their house. Such subhuman terror and horror as described herein, can be found in all societies I am sure. In Austria, for example, if you form the view that Hitler personally did not know about the Holocaust and express this publicly, you can be arrested and put in prison for three years. In Indonesia, a defenseless young women has to sit in prison for twenty years because she was found with a natural substance called marihuana. Again, how the psychics would love the legal authority from the international court to cull 5000 Indonesian police. I will not speak of Iran, in that country the subhuman is so grotesque if an international court gave the legal authority to my people then I don't think we could stop ourselves and would kill every soldier and police officer in that country."

"In time, I should think that all people of good sense will insist any court sentence not for crimes of proven and serious violence, is no more than 10 years and even that is extreme. The animal-human is into reward and punishment, that is its natural primitive instinct, but I put it to you that if you are a psychic, you are no longer an animal-human and your natural instinct is about justice, fairness, deterrence, not punishment."

"Just the other day, if the news reports are to be believed, a 15 year old was shot dead 10 times by four police officers in Melbourne (Australia). Apparently he lost the plot and had a knife and waved it at them. Perhaps there is more to this, I don't know, I am only going by newspaper reports. However, in my opinion, if this was a group of soldiers, I doubt very much they would be bothered much by this and would find a way to disarm the boy and as a last resort one soldier would put a bullet in the boy's thigh. In my personal opinion, the police in Australia have guns not for self protections, but because it is part of the Anglo-Saxon mentality to generate fear in people by making sure now and then the police shoot people, or kill young men and women during police pursuits. This makes every one more and more terrified of police and that offensive legal system called courts. It is part of the politics of control and domination that Anglo-Saxons have developed to a high skill level."

"I believe the biggest flaw in men and women of good will is that they refuse to understand that sometimes the only way to eliminate subhuman acts in the world, is to get rid of a substantial number of law enforcers in that country, and I mean by physically putting them to death. There could be alternatives, I suppose, but those who bear arms are animal-humans according to the psychic Science of Life, and these people have the state of mind of an animal that bows to the superior dog, and to them the courts or their military masters are the superior dog, and they are prepared to do anything in order to shove down peoples throats orders of courts or military orders - those in the military are prepared to step on land mines and become mutants without arms or legs, fighting for causes they can never understand; those who are police are prepared to kill men, women, children, in order to shove down their throats even perverse or senseless or corrupt orders of courts. That makes such people the most dangerous element in a civilized society."
