Tales in the Spirit for the Young

The intention of this novel is to convey the nature and techniques of advanced telepathy.

In October 2004, an Anglo-Saxon magistrate in an Australian court order signed a court order against a psychic party to the Natural Telepaths way of life. In so doing, the magistrate signed a death warrant for all Australian police (over 5 years service in 2004) and judiciary, barristers, and some lawyers. In December 2004, a massive technological weapon was activated targetting specific groups. By 2005, their science monitored and known to have worked, other police forces were hit in other countries. ("police" are soldiers of the courts, without police court orders have no meaning, the specific magistrate signing the court order is of no interest, but all those who would enforce such a court order, become the target.)

The court order in question was purchased for $10,000. (you can obtain a report into this, explains all the facts, has been widely distributed). The intent of such court orders is to isolate a family member from an old disabled relative and then legally start transferring property and wealth. It is likely this is common practice in Anglo-Saxon courts. Australia until about 50 years ago had this "white Australia policy" in which any one not Caucasian was considered a second rate citizen. In that regard it was not much different to the former South African apartheid regime. The policy went, but the courts had put into place many "precedents" whose intention was to maintain the "superior" or "master race" mentality of the Anglo-Saxon.

Bear in mind that the "Anglo-Saxon Australian" is, since 2000. less than 50%, but they control the government, police, army, taxation, and of course the country has an archaic constitution which gives almost all power to the courts (the way the "colonials" used to do this). It is likely "selling" court orders using indirect methods was a feature of Anglo-Saxon courts in the country ever since the white Australia policy was removed.

People are different. Appearances can be deceiving. There are the rare individuals in the world who can memorize a huge telephone book and repeat each name and number backwards. There are the rare individuals who can work out any mathematical formula in their head no matter how complex it seems. The psychics referred to as Natural Telepaths are different, they are born with presumably a component of a gene which makes it possible for them to live a dual lifestyle, one in ordinary life, and the other in a most vivid world formed from human thoughts and the human experience.

The Natural Telepaths consider themselves a country in their own right. Every country has a need to defend itself. The arsenal of the psychics is different.

Some groups such as the Mormons collect information about ancestry. If the Mormons in their halls do not have a record about your parents and grandparents and so on and on - then the did not exist :).

The Telepaths collect information about "states of mind". This was a fundamental component required to use psychic weapons, in particular the "terror class" weapon referred to as "mind technology".

The only known time that the psychic mind technology was used was 2000 years ago. A soldier in a Roman legion raped a psychic. Within three days every soldier in that legion was dead, literally. The mind technology sent a shock into the brain, and the brain was literally electrocuted. There is a rumour that there is a rare side effect of such a literal psychic execution. In extremely rare cases, the body seems to combust spontaneously leaving nothing but a pile of ash. How true this is, is not known.

It is possible the mind technology was used once before that. Telepathic records are images inside a "dimensional space". With time, these begin to disintegrate. Consequently the images past 2000 years back are few and so "obscure" by now it is not possible to make sense out of them. However, most images past 100 years begin to loose the inherent sense and binding properties, and the reason the psychic "history books" can be compared to a book with pages missing or torn, with writing smeared in parts, or with pages so fragile they fall apart the moment you touch it.

While the last thing the Telepaths want to use are their weapons, that does not mean they do not continually have groups working on these and developing such.

There are about 3000 psychics of the Natural Telepaths class that can "bind" another person's brain. That is, their thought patterns can lock into another. (if you ever see an image of yourself in say a movie theater, with someone next to you, and there is a pair of handcuffs between you and the other, that is one way the brain rationalizes a psychic bind.)

To achieve this, you need to understand the state of mind of the person whom you are binding with. There are three ways to do this. A true competent psychic can form the correct internal design of a "bind" by knowing the person they are wanting to lock in this way. In a rarer situation, if enough information is available about a person then a psychic may also be able to bind. The third way requires absolute knowledge of the "state of mind". This is the "will" level of the brain, it is the combined effect of all the mental processes coming together to form an "operational" outlook on life.

There are about 12,000 Natural Telepaths. About 3000 of these form the "Black Guards Ancestral Family" and they are the psychics that can form "psychic bullets" and can bind with another person's head. But there are others which may not be as gifted, but who can bind via different routes. For example. If such a psychic is trying to bind with your will, you might focus on photographs of women (if its a female psychic) or men (if its a male psychic). Usually you focus on "good looking" photographs and the reason is that your brain is "sensing" a strong "attractive" quality to the signal it is detecting at a subconscious level.

Of all the states of mind the psychics know about, the state of mind of those who want to be soldiers, or police officers, or judges in courts, are the best understood. The last group is problematic. Some magistrates or judges become clinically insane after five or so years (that is, they loose touch with reality, they are "gods" in their own eyes because if they write a court order they have thousands of police officers ready to enforce such a court order). Usually, but this is country and region dependent, the judges who make it to the senior courts are "okay" from the point of view of being "normal" and have not lost perspective on reality. The problem with the "insane" bit is that a normal psychic brain will never touch the mind or thoughts of a person who is deeply troubled or disturbed. It can not be done. The brain of the psychic automatically refuses to connect.

Mind technology was developed initially as a "killing machine". One activation, energy formed from and drive by psychic minds, can literally kill thousands. Since 2000, the psychics began to explore more complex ways of using their weapon. To kill a person or group, does not block the embryonic life from becoming in the image of the person removed. So the psychic scientists concentrated on finding a way to block certain traits at the embryonic level.

Psychic science is different to human science. By definition, a great many psychics can sense "other worlds" (whatever they are), or "spirit" worlds. Whatever it is they sense, has proved adequate to develop a Science of Life that understands the first principles of life at the embryonic level. According to this science, there is a point in time in the developing foetus when the brain "sparks" for the first time. This spark is "dimensional energy", it reaches past the human world and draws into itself forces that will flow over the brain and will shape it in accordance with whatever energy source the foetus touched. That is, the foetus touches the "primeval energy of life". In other words, the desire to be, for example, a soldier or police officer can run in families, certain types are more attune to certain forms of the primeval energy of life.

Hence, since 2000 years ago, the psychics began to search for a way not to literally kill groups that threaten any psychic with will an intent (such as soldiers and police), but to "bury" such a life "beyond the grave". According to the psychic science of life, only those animal-humans with a natural will have a right to peace in death. Those who loose their will, as soldiers and police officers and judges do, do not die with the death of the body, but their soul (or "core life") drifts beyond the grave, and keeps on drifting. Exactly what happens, is guesswork, but some psychics who detected such life suggest its like waking up again as if nothing had happened. A person has no memory that they died, and begin acting as they do in ordinary life. The problem being the images they see around them are echoes their soul remembers (i.e. the core life has some memory, not that much, but that memory is much like the brain had memory). Of course, the "core life" is no longer part of a brain, and it is different, but the sense of life and of being alive is only possible because of the "core life" in the first place. If the "Core life" is killed off while a person is still alive, the physical body attempts to reproduce it over time. Except, perhaps it is true that no one but God alone knows how to do this, because instead of reproducing it properly so the life "walks forward" so to speak, the core life that awakens begins to "walk backwards" toward and beyond the grave.

However, mind technology and the Science of Life are too complex issues for this article. Besides the mind technology, the psychics have an arsenal of weapons. In their mind, they look much like ordinary weapons. A "grenade" when thrown by a psychic at a target, literally causes an energy explosion in the brain that disintegrates conditioning. The brain has to reform its logical structures. Not a problem for the brain (but it is an ordeal for the person). It is known by medical science that, for example, when two people first fall in love, the brain of each becomes like "liquid" in a sense and begins to alter its inner logical structures to accommodate the other person completely (i.e. at physical, emotional, psychological levels). [note: every parent knows a child is by nature selfish and reluctant to share. This does not really change until a person falls in love, and then the brain has to modify itself to remove the "self interest" and replace it by "mutual interest").

A rifle or gun in a psychic setting also suggests a weapon. It suggest a "psychic bullet". A psychic bullet is a bundle of energy that can kill, but it is not designed to kill usually but more to "compel" an action. A psychic bullet targets specific areas of the brain. A psychic does need to be a neurosurgeon to know which part of the brain is being sought - a psychic has his own brain, and the psychic bullet that forms uses the innate knowledge of the owner's brain to deliver a target specific bolt of energy (or will).

Very few psychics can form psychic bullets. Those psychics that can, are grouped into the "Black Guards Ancestral Family" in the Natural Telepaths way of ordering their society.

A psychic bullet can also contain a "near death experience." This is a "security" type bullet. Many psychics become psychics only after such an experience. If a true psychic wants to transmit specific information to a receiver, he or she can package this inside a "near death experience". That is, as she prepares to project into the receiver, the psychic also recalls their near death experience. The effect of this is this: a person who is a "fake" and not intended to receive this, but receives it, their brain attempts to reproduce the near death experience. In so doing, there is every chance it will kill the body by trying to do this.

A complication that arises is this. A competent psychic with such an experience, hides "personal secrets" and "mysteries" behind their "near death experience". The brain does this automatically. There is nothing the psychic can do to block this. If for some reason such a psychic is required to be a witness in court or testify in some other way, the lawyer cross-examining the psychic and searching for truth, receives this by word of mouth but in the manner that contains within this brain-subconscious-specific instructions how to emulate the "near death experience". In other words, the too clever lawyer trying to strain the truth, might end up reproducing in himself or herself the near death experience at some stage after such a court room hearing. Some psychics when they have to appear in a court of law, actually warn the court that they are psychic and explain that any secrets they have are hidden behind a "near death experience." (They may not have any relevant "secrets" or "mysteries", but it is in the nature of good lawyers to probe for truth and facts, and they form knowledge from experience when a person is trying to hide something, thus to a lawyer a psychic in the witness stand may come across as "hiding" something, and the lawyer might set about trying to find what it is that is being "hidden.") [Comparison. Imagine two men in the desert. One is blind and lacks orientation and is walking straight. The other approaches from the other direction. The blind man asks if he is going the right way. The other replies, "if you keep on going straight, you will fall into a chasm." But the blind man, not believing this, goes straight ahead and within moments is falling down into a huge pit.]

Mind Technology that could "send a soul beyond the grave", was thus available somewhere in 1400 A.D. It is possible this is the "peak" of psychic science. The world back then was far less "polluted" with all sorts of information bombarding the individual. The psychic back then might have had a greater "range" of skill, skills clouded in the modern psychic. For this reason not only was the science of "beyond the grave" available, the psychics also formed contigency plans against any target group, the two most likely groups that may have the audacity to threaten a psychic with will and intent, were soldiers and police. For this reason, because the retaliation plans were designed around that century, the current "psychic war" is using "battle plans" designed some 1400 years ago. The plan calls for the formation of a "psychic pit beyond the grave" for all those who are party to the group that had the audacity to threaten a psychic.

To dwell more into this, requires some deeper knowledge of physics. That is outside the scope of this Chapter, so a simple explanation is provided: there is a fundamental principle of physics which states that "energy can neither be created or destroyed." Energy exists, and it can be transformed from one type to another, but it can not be destroyed. The core life, or soul if you will, or consciousness if you prefer, whatever it actualy is, it is still "energy". Death of the physical body merely allows the energy to transform, the energy does not cease to be conscious of itself. If a person has a natural will, that energy binds to the will and remains "dead" (so to speak, a natural energy state of complete "non existance", no activity whatsoever). Not the case when a natural will is no longer in place. Only a "natural will" is known to have the mystical quality of being able to rest the core life in eternal peace.

A psychic bit beyond the grave is like a giant "black hole". Particles of the "conscious" aspect of a humam life (life in the body) are linked together, in such a way that a strong "gravitational-like" pull begins. Those psychics with the gift to gaze into the spirit world (so to speak) know very well that world has a "pulling" quality about it, it wants to drag the conscious of the psychic into itself. Something the competent psychic learns to guard against. A controlled and managed psychic pit will become stronger as time goes on, as more and more "core life" is dragged into it, and with time its "gravitational-like" pull will be enormous. When sufficiently strong, it will attract to itself from the primeval energy of life all those "souls" that in some way had become attrocious to the world. In so doing, the primeval energy of life is cleaned up, and - for example - new children born on Earth will never desire to see war or prisons, or courts like we have now, or be a soldier or police officer.

That is the basic intent. Lots of monitoring is required to ensure the theory and the practical application are consistent. One area of slight concern is this: once the mind weapon was used, the theory anticipated a reasonably quick formation of a psychic pit beyond the grave. In practise this did not happen very quickly at all.
